Land Requirements
Landowners
It is never too early to start thinking about whether your land has development potential, and putting together a strategy for your land.
As housing demand increases, so do the opportunities for landowners to offer up land (including Green Belt sites) for potential residential development.
We have a flexible, experienced and innovative team, able to pursue many different types of projects;
- Agricultural land and fields next to towns or villages
- Brownfield regeneration challenges such as redundant commercial and industrial premises and garden centres
- Vacant and derelict land or agricultural buildings
- Properties with large gardens
We look for sites on the edge of sustainable towns and villages with a range of local services:
We operate throughout the southeast including Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire although sites outside of this core area of operation are still of interest to us.
Agents
Our continued success relies on maintaining and developing strong working relationships with a network of land agents, consultants and other property professionals. We value all original introductions and as a minimum we recognise, reward and retain where appropriate.
If an opportunity is sent to us we can guarantee our early attention and prompt response. We are very much aware that land decisions are important; landowners must be confident in the professional ability of their prospective development partner and have trust in them as people and as a business. To this end, we are more than happy to undertake visits and introductory meetings on-site or on a more discrete basis.
Whether you are a private landowner or a business with surplus land Veritas Land can find a solution for you
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to explain our approach and provide an insight as to why we consider we are in a unique position to secure planning permission for our landowners.
